Fully Streaming Unary Architecture

Unay computing has exponentially increasing latencies when the source binary data precision increases linearly.

To mimize the latency, fully streaming unary architectures are proposed and convert the source binary data to unary bitstream only once, without converting the immediate bitstreams back to binary before the entire compute completes.
